Green Gift Bag for Tea Shop and Boutique

The surface of the bag is matte green. The green is on the deep side, and it reads as a steady green. The matte surface does not reflect, and a lamp leaves no bright spot on it. The colour is printed on the paper, and the corners are the same colour as the face. The paper is thick white card, and the paper itself sits under the colour. The bag body stands up, and the front is flat.

The handle is two wide ribbons in champagne. There is one on each side of the bag mouth. The two ends of each ribbon pass through holes in the bag mouth and are kept inside the bag mouth. The ribbon is a flat strip, not a round cord. The ribbon is wide, so the part in your hand is one whole strip. The champagne and the matte green sit together as two colours. The surface of the ribbon has the sheen of satin. The handle is made at a hand-carry length.

The bag body stands up as a square. The front and the side meet at a right angle. The side has depth, and the bag stands without falling. The bag stands even when it is empty. The bag ships folded flat, pressed into one flat piece. When you open it the bottom spreads out, and there is a triangle at each side of the bottom.

One bag goes through several steps in our factory. The paper comes in first and is looked over, and sheets with a bad surface are taken out. When it is printed the colour goes on layer by layer, and the green is printed before the gold is stamped. After printing the bag is creased and cut, and the bag shape is set at this step. The side seams and the bottom are done at another step, and a triangle is folded at each side of the bottom. The ribbon goes on last, and after that the bag mouth and the handle are looked at again. Each step in the factory has someone on it, and the whole bag is gone over once more before packing.
