Custom Cosmetic Slide Out Rigid Gift Box

The box is made of thick rigid board. The outside of the board is covered in special paper. The surface of the special paper is fine, and it feels smooth under your hand. The edges of the box are straight, and the corners are neat. The box can stand on a counter.

The box is a slide out box. The outside is a sleeve, and the inside is a drawer. The drawer opens when you pull it out. It closes when you push it back. There is a finger pull at the front of the drawer, and you hook your finger there to pull it.

- EVA: the insert can be made of EVA.

- Paper tray: the insert can also be made of a paper tray.

- Slots: the slots in the insert are cut to the size of the bottles.

- Bottles: perfume bottles and makeup bottles each have their own slot.

- Height: the insert stops a little below the box mouth.

- Several bottles: several bottles can go in one box, with separate slots.

- For a perfume set: a bottle of perfume with a few mini bottles.

- For lipstick: one lipstick or a set of lipsticks.

- For makeup: a few small makeup bottles.

- For skincare: a skincare set or a bottle of serum.

- For a counter: it sits on the counter as a display.

Gold stamping can be done on the box surface. Silver stamping can be done too. A grain can be pressed into the surface. UV can be done as well. A logo and words can be printed on the box surface. The colour of the special paper underneath can be chosen to match your brand colour.

The box is formed, covered, stamped and fitted with the insert in our factory, one step after another. After the paper is put on, the four corners are wrapped again, and the corners come out neat. The position of the gold stamping is aligned first, and the machine runs only after it is lined up. The slots in the insert are cut to the bottles, and a bottle is tested in it afterwards. After the drawer and the sleeve are made, they are pulled a few times to check that they do not catch. After each batch, a few boxes are taken out to check the stamping and the insert. Only checked boxes are packed.
