Multi-size Blank DIY Paper Box For Small Goods

Kraft, white and black come off the same die, so a maker can hold a mixed shelf without ordering three times. Kraft reads warm and natural for soap and candles, white keeps skincare clean, and black suits jewellery and small metal goods. One order can be split across the three colours by ratio, and the shade is held to the same reference within a run.

The paper is left blank on purpose, so a maker prints only what is needed. The surface is flat and matte, and it takes a logo, a line of text or a small pattern across the lid and the four sides. Print, hot stamping and a printed paper band are each set per order, so one size can carry a different look for every product.

- The lid folds over and tucks into the box, so nothing has to be glued or taped.

- A crescent notch is cut into the front edge, so a thumb lifts the lid without bending a corner.

- The tuck holds the lid down when the box is turned over or stacked.

- Because no glue is used, a customer can open the box and close it again.

A candle, a bar of soap, a skincare sample, a pair of earrings and a handful of sweets all sit in the same box shape. Sizes run in one line from the smallest box that takes a single soap to the largest that takes a candle, so one maker can cover a whole range. Because the box is square and the lid closes flat, the size that is picked is the size the product needs.

The board for kraft, white and black is checked in our factory before it is cut, so one run keeps the same shade from the first box to the last. The creasing and the die-cutting run on our own equipment, which is why the notch lines up with the lid on every box. A sample is folded by hand out of the production run before the order is packed, so a maker sees the real box rather than a photo.
