A Fresh Green That Suits Green Tea, the Bag and the Gift in One Tone
The bag is a fresh green, printed with a gold tea seal and a tea field illustration: the field is drawn in layers of white line, with a small red stamp in the corner. Green sits naturally with green tea, so the bag and the box read as one set; the green is bright rather than dull, and it does not fade quickly even after a season in a shop window.
A Green Twisted Cord Handle, Threaded Through Punched Holes and Easy on the Hand
- The handle is a twisted cord in the same green, so it is stiffer than a flat ribbon.
- The cord goes through punched holes and is knotted inside, so the knot does not show on the front.
- It takes the pull: several boxes of tea do not break the cord.
- The cord is smooth in the hand and does not cut in when the bag is carried.
Thick White Card Holds Its Shape, Reinforced Base Keeps a Full Tea Set in Shape
The body is thick white card, so the mouth stands up and does not curl outward; the base is folded and reinforced, so a full tea gift set does not push the base open or pull the bag out of shape. Set on a shelf, the bag stands up on its own.
Two Base Bag Shapes, With the Size and the Print Set to Your Tea Gift
- Two base bag shapes, one larger and one smaller, to match different tea gift boxes.
- The size can be changed to fit your box, or made to the size you give us.
- The tea name, the origin and your logo in the print can be changed, and the artwork can be replaced with yours.
- The foil position follows your design and stays the same across the batch.
Outer Bags for Green Tea, Longjing and Biluochun Gift Boxes, Business Tea Gifts and Shop Retail All Work
This is the outer bag made to go with green tea, Longjing and Biluochun gift boxes: business tea gifts, holiday tea giveaways, tea shop retail packing and gifts for customer visits all use it. Tea brands can use it as their own gift outer bag as well — the same layout with a different tea name and logo becomes that brand's own tea packaging.
Printing, Cord Threading and Base Gluing, Step by Step in Our Factory
The printing, the cord threading, the base gluing and the base folding all run one step after another in our workshop. A tea gift usually means the bag and the box are ordered together, and the two greens have to match, or they read as two different colours on the counter, so the bag and the box are matched against one colour sample and compared side by side once the batch is done. The cord holes are die cut, and if the holes are off the handle hangs crooked, so the hole positions are checked against the same template. Two base bag shapes are available; for a new size or a new layout, send us your artwork and the box size, and we confirm the die before the run is scheduled. For quantity, a few hundred for a trial and full containers for bulk are both fine, and a repeat order matches the first one in colour.
