Card Thick Enough Not to Sag
- Thick white card, so the bag does not sag when it is empty or bow out when it is full
- The sides stay straight, so the bag keeps the shape of a box rather than a sack
- The inside is white card as well, so the bag is white when a customer opens it
Empty or full, it looks the same sitting on the counter5.
Black Satin Ribbon, Fixed Inside
The handle is a black satin ribbon. Satin has a low shine: it lights up where the light turns on it and reads deep black the rest of the time. The ribbon is flat, so it lies flat across the hand instead of rolling into a cord, and a full bag does not cut a line into the fingers. The ends drop through the slots in the top edge, are turned back inside and fixed flat against the inner wall — open the mouth of the bag and you can see the two ends sitting there, so you can check the fixing yourself. On the front you see the ribbon and the white card, and nothing else.
Flat Top Edge, Clean Print
The mouth of the bag is folded over and glued flat, so the top edge is a straight line instead of a wavy one, and the bag does not gape when it is set down. The print is one colour, black on white, with the logo centred and space left around it; nothing else is added, which is what keeps the front clean. Lettering like this holds its edges because the card underneath is smooth and white, so thin strokes and wide letter spacing both stay sharp.
Colour, Size and Logo to Order
- White card with a black ribbon, or black card with a black ribbon — both are shown here
- Red and black can be paired, for a shop that wants a stronger colour
- Sizes are cut to order, from a bag for one item to a bag for a coat
- The ribbon can be black, or dyed to your brand colour
- Your logo is set on the front in one colour, and nothing else is added
Set the front once, and it stays the same whatever the size.
Clothing Shops, Boutiques, Beauty Counters
Clothing shops are the commonest user: a shirt, a scarf or a folded sweater goes in flat, and the square bag keeps it that way. Boutiques use it for a single item or an accessory, and beauty counters for lipstick, perfume and face cream. For gift wrapping it works as the wrapping on its own, with no second bag over it. A shop that hands one over the counter every day gets a white bag with black type walking down the street. For a chain, one order of a few hundred bags comes in one colour and one print.
One Factory From the Drawing to the Shipment
We are a source factory, not a trading office: the printing, the lamination, the die-cutting, and the folding and gluing of our boxes are all done in our own workshops, and our paper bags are made the same way, so nobody in the middle is guessing at your order. On the box side, we make mailer, lid-and-base, drawer, magnetic flip-top, folding, and jewelry boxes, with liners and inserts fitted where they are needed; on the bag side, cotton-rope, ribbon-handle, flat-paper, die-cut handle, kraft, colored card, and specialty paper bags. We make boxes and bags for consumer electronics brands, power bank and earbud sellers, digital accessory makers, small home appliance brands, and sellers shipping through marketplaces and their own websites. Small batches and full container orders are both welcome; a few hundred pieces to start is no problem. You send us your logo or your idea, we make a sample first and shoot it in real light so you can approve it, then we run the order. One coordinator follows your order from the first drawing to the day it ships.
