Printed All Over, Not Just One Line of Text

Most boxes carry a logo on one panel and stay plain everywhere else. This one is printed as a whole: the base colour is printed too, and the mustard-yellow shape on the front, the small gold mark on the back and the name set sideways on the side all come out of one pass. So the panels do not look like bare cardboard with a sticker on top. Large areas of solid colour print flat and even, and the edge where the yellow meets the brown stays clean and does not go fuzzy.

Thick Corrugated Board, Strong Enough to Be the Shipping Box

-Press the lid and it does not flex
-It can go out as it is, without a second box around it — one less layer on the road, and less to pay for
-What you pack sits in a box that keeps its shape, so nothing gets crushed on the way

Brown and Yellow, Chosen to Be Noticed

The base is a deep brown, close to coffee and toasted crust, and the shape is the yellow of butter. Put the two together and the box stands out in a row of plain packaging — you recognize it from across a room. On a shelf, next to white and kraft boxes, it reads as a brand rather than a carton. And in a photo, the colors hold up on their own, without extra lighting.

Five Places on the Box for Your Artwork

-The front — a large shape with the brand name inside it
-The back — a small mark on the plain base colour
-The side — the name set sideways, readable on a shelf
-The bottom — address, contact details, or a short thank-you line
-The inside — plain board, or one printed colour if you want it
Send us your logo, your illustration, or just a sketch, and we lay it out on these panels. Bakeries, coffee roasters, chocolate and tea brands usually put the shape and the name on the front, a small mark on the back and the address on the bottom — we can follow that layout as it is.

Folds Without Glue, and Ships Flat

The bottom is a mailer fold: two or three movements and the box is up, and the side tabs slot into the notches, so no glue and no tape are needed. Folded, the base is flat, so the boxes sit level side by side and take up less room in the carton. Shipped flat, they stack low — the same floor space holds several times as many flat boxes as assembled ones, so your warehouse goes further. Packing gets faster, because one person can set up a box in seconds.

One Factory From the Drawing to the Shipment

We are a source factory, not a trading company — printing, laminating, die-cutting and box folding all happen in our own workshop, with no third party involved. We make mailer, lid-and-base, drawer, magnetic flip-top, folding and jewellery boxes; on the bag side, ribbon-handle, cotton-rope, flat-paper, die-cut handle, kraft and specialty paper bags. Most of our work is for coffee roasters, bakeries, chocolate and dessert brands, and tea brands. Small runs and bulk orders are both welcome — a few hundred pieces to start is no problem — and we make a sample first and shoot it in real light for you to approve. One coordinator follows your order from the first drawing to the day it ships.
