The Print Runs Down the Sides, Not Just the Lid
A lot of printed boxes stop at the lid, and you can tell as soon as you pick one up. This one is printed across the top and down all four sides, so the pattern reads the same whether the box is on a shelf, held in the hand, or photographed at an angle. The design in the photo is a scatter of small stars in several colors — the kind of fine, spread-out pattern that shows whether a factory can hold small detail. It does: the little stars and the small streaks keep their shape, and the colors stay separate instead of bleeding into the white.
The Inside Is Left Plain White
Open the lid and the inside is plain white. That is a decision, not an oversight: whatever you put in — a plush charm, a stack of hair clips, a few accessories — keeps all the attention, because there is no busy pattern behind it. It also photographs well for product shots and for customer unboxing videos, since the white base acts like a small light table. And if you add tissue paper or shredded filler, the white interior makes the color of the filler show instead of fighting with it.
Three Sizes and What Fits in Each
-Small, about 18.3 × 15.8 cm — a little larger than a phone, for a single accessory, a charm, or a pair of earrings
-Medium, about 26.5 × 21.4 cm — several items together, a plush keychain set, or a child's small gift
-Large, about 32.8 × 21.9 cm — a full gift set, a cultural souvenir, or a bundle for a birthday present Need something between, or a different depth? Tell us the item and the size you want, and we make the box to match instead of forcing you into the nearest standard one.
It Goes Out the Door As It Is
This is corrugated board, so the box is stiff in the hand: the corners hold their shape, the walls do not flex, and a stack of them does not collapse at the bottom. That is what lets you use it as the shipping box itself — label on, and it is on its way, with no plain outer carton wrapped around a nice box. Fewer layers means less packing time, less material bought, and less waste for the customer to deal with at the other end.
It Is Also the Gift Box
Because the print is on the outside and the box arrives folded and formed, it works as the gift box and the shipping box in one. A customer opens one box and finds the item, rather than cutting through tape and mailers to reach a second box inside. For shops selling accessories, children's gifts, and cultural souvenirs, that single step is what makes an order feel like a present. Add filler and a ribbon, and it is ready to hand over as it is.
One Factory From the Drawing to the Shipment
We are a source factory, not a trading office: the printing, the lamination, the die-cutting, the corrugated board laminating, and the gluing and forming of our boxes are all done in our own workshops, and our paper bags are made the same way, so nobody in the middle is guessing at your order. Along with this printed mailer box, we make takeout and pizza boxes, lid-and-base boxes, drawer boxes, magnetic flip-top boxes, folding cartons, and jewelry boxes, with liners and inserts fitted where they are needed; on the bag side, ribbon-handle, cotton-rope, flat-paper, die-cut handle, kraft, colored card, and specialty paper bags. We make boxes and bags for accessory and jewelry sellers, e-commerce shops, children's brands, cultural and museum gift ranges, bakeries, and companies ordering client gifts. Small batches and full container orders are both welcome; a few hundred pieces to start is no problem. You send us your logo or your idea, we make a sample first and shoot it in real light so you can approve it, then we run the order.
