Custom Printed Corrugated Pizza Takeout Box

The board is three layers — two flat sheets with a corrugated layer pressed in between — and that corrugation is fine and dense rather than tall and loose. What this means in practice is simple: a stack of boxes does not crush the one at the bottom. Load four or five full boxes on top of each other in a delivery bag and the bottom box keeps its shape; the corners stay firm and the base does not bow. The food arrives looking like it did when it left the kitchen, which is the whole point of paying attention to the board.

This box comes with either a kraft face or a white face. The kraft one keeps the paper's own color — nothing is bleached and nothing is dyed — and the white one suits shops that want a brighter counter. Pizza, cut cake, bread, and fried snacks all go straight in. Greaseproof liners are not included and are bought separately, so if you use them, one liner goes in before the food. When the meal is over, the box goes into paper recycling with the rest of your cardboard instead of being thrown out with plastic.

The box face arrives blank, which means that area is yours. Your logo on the lid, a pattern, one line of text, a seasonal message, or just a shape in one corner — it is printed while the boxes are being made, so you are not ordering stickers and paying someone to apply them by hand. The kraft face takes black or a single color and looks natural against the paper; the white face takes full color and reads brighter. Send us your artwork or a reference image and we match it, and the layout can be resized to suit whichever box you order.
