Hot Stamping Xmas Paper Tote Bags for Holiday Gift

The red on these bags is hot stamped, not printed. Foil is pressed into the paper with heat, so the red catches the light and looks like metal — it reads as a real Christmas red, not a flat printed tone. The snowflakes, stars and lettering around it are printed in white and red, flat and matte, so the foil stands out against them. Under shop lighting, this is the bit that makes people reach for the bag.

The bag is natural kraft paper — the warm, unbleached brown, not a white bag with brown printed on it. You can see and feel a slight grain in the surface, which suits a wooden-shelf, handmade kind of shop. The paper is on the thick side, so the bag stands up on its own and does not crease the moment you put something in it.

Kraft brown is the version in the photos, but the same print can run on white, red, green or any paper you name.
