Most paper bags have the handle glued straight onto the paper, and that is the spot that gives way first. This one is different: the handle passes through metal eyelets set into the card, so when the bag is full and heavy, the pull goes into the metal ring instead of tearing the paper. The webbing is flat and narrow, so it looks neat and does not cut into your fingers when you carry something heavy. The eyelets are black-coated to match the handle, so nothing shiny breaks the clean look.

The bag is made of thick white card, so it keeps its shape when you open it — the sides do not fold in, and the edges stay crisp. The base is folded and glued, with an extra board laid inside for strength, so a gift box or a stack of clothes will not make the bottom droop or bulge. Wide side panels give the bag real depth, so it holds more than it looks like it would. When you do not need them, the bags store flat in a stack.

The surface is matte rather than glossy. That matters for printing: on a matte face the ink sits with the paper instead of on top of it, so a logo reads sharp and clean, with no shine washing it out under a light. A white base is also the easiest thing to print on, so any color works — plain black, gold, or your brand color. Once it is on, it stays with the bag and does not get sticky or peel. Prefer it blank? Plain white with a black handle is a look on its own.

The card, the printing, the lamination, setting the eyelets, and the folding and gluing are all done in our own factory, so your order does not get passed around between workshops with nobody watching the details.
