Product Description
Pre-oxidized Fiber Felt (PAN pre-oxidized felt) is needle-punched nonwoven made of stabilized polyacrylonitrile fiber. It is high-performance quasi-noncombustible material with excellent flame resistance. When exposed to open flame, it carbonizes only without melting, dripping or obvious thermal shrinkage. Continuous working temperature reaches 250–350℃, and it withstands extreme short-term heat shock. Flexible and easy to cut with low thermal conductivity for reliable thermal & flame barrier. Better flame retardancy than Nomex felt with competitive cost. Widely used for EV battery fire insulation, welding splash protection, industrial high-temperature barrier and flame retardant cushioning.
