About this product
Product information from the supplier.
Para-aramid felt is a high-performance industrial felt made of para-aramid 1414 fiber via needle punched technology. Natural color is golden yellow.
Kevlar felt features ultra-high tensile strength, superior wear resistance and cut resistance, with better high-temperature performance than Nomex felt. Widely used for high-temperature conveying, heat insulation and wear-resistant protection.

Chemical properties: | Kevlar has much better chemical stability than Nomex. Its rigid aromatic molecular chain brings great corrosion resistance to most industrial chemicals. |
1.Ultra‑high strength & cut‑proof
5 times stronger than steel by weight, excellent tear‑resistant and wear‑resistant.
2.High temperature resistance
Continuous service temperature up to 200℃, instant temperature resistance up to 480℃, no melting or dripping under high heat.
3.Flame retardant
Self‑extinguishing, non‑flammable, good fire resistance.
4.Chemical stability
Resists weak acid, weak alkali and organic solvents.
5.Heat & electrical insulation
Great thermal insulation and electrical insulation performance.
6.Lightweight & flexible
Soft and flexible, available in customized thickness and endless belts.
Note: Poor UV resistance, avoid long‑term sunlight exposure.
1.High temperature conveyor blankets for aluminum extrusion lines.
2.Heat insulating gaskets, wear resistant pads, sealing materials.
3.Fire proof and wear resistant industrial products.
