For this machine, torrist structure, the forming roller has high machining accuracy, and the roller's material is Cr12 with high precision work ，heat treatment, uselife is longer

Special design of oval hole , 3 stations of punching, edging and flanging at the same time, accurate hole size (152 * 25MM), accurate punching position, no half hole, flanging does not hurt finger.

The length of the slat can be set arbitrarily (provided that the total length matches the number of holes)

Drive by gear+chain, 11kw + 5.5kW double motor, and the hydraulic station with energy storage tank

Tracking cut , speed with hole 5m/min,speed without hole 9m/min

We supply PLC adjust guide and video, and we have experienced engineers they know how to deal with installation and other issues.
