Product Overview

The palletizing system is designed for the end of an automated case-packing line. It receives finished cases, organizes the pallet pattern and builds layers according to the selected product, pallet and logistics requirements.

· Recipe-based patterns: Layer arrangement, stack pattern and layer count can be selected through the touchscreen.

· Line interlocks: The cell exchanges status signals with upstream conveyors and stops safely when a blockage or fault occurs.

· Reduced manual handling: Automated case placement helps reduce repetitive lifting at the end of the line.

· Project-specific tooling: The end effector is selected for the case size, weight and surface condition.

Pallet dimensions, case size and weight, layer pattern, target stack height, pallet supply, guarding and production rate must be confirmed during engineering.
