Product Overview
The 60,000 eggs/hour line is intended for large processing facilities with demanding production schedules and multiple finished-pack requirements. Its twelve-row egg transport system coordinates washing, drying, inspection, grading and automated packing within one engineered line.
· Industrial throughput: Twelve-row egg transport supports a rated processing capacity of 60,000 eggs per hour.
· Complete line control: PLC coordination links process modules, alarms and production status through a central HMI.
· Gentle product flow: Short, synchronized transfers help reduce impact between consecutive processing stages.
· Multiple packing lanes: Configured packing lanes can use the same weight range or different ranges and connect to downstream conveyors.
