Product Overview

Designed for commercial egg processors and large farms, this line supports continuous production with a balanced flow between washing, inspection and packing. Modules are arranged to reduce unnecessary transfers and provide service access along the line.

· Automated egg loading: Robotic loading is available for stable tray-to-line egg transfer; vacuum loading can be configured when required.

· Separated wash and dry zones: Dedicated process sections help support hygienic operation and effective moisture removal.

· Programmable grading: Precision load cells and recipe-based grade settings support consistent finished packs.

· Flexible tray packing: Automatic tray denesting and egg packing can be adapted to the selected retail or transport format.

The line can receive eggs from automatic loading equipment, a central egg collection system or manual egg loading. After weight grading, eggs are directed to configured packing lanes; multiple lanes can use the same weight range or different ranges. The line can connect to tray conveyors, case packing and palletizing systems. WISEVISION crack detection and egg coding are available as separate optional equipment.
