Product Overview

Designed for on-farm egg processing facilities and regional egg packing businesses, this line provides a continuous process from incoming eggs to clean, dry and graded eggs packed in trays. Its modular construction provides convenient access for routine cleaning, inspection and maintenance.

· Integrated processing: Egg washing, drying, LED candling, weight grading and tray packing operate as one coordinated line.

· Gentle cleaning: Brush washing removes surface contamination, while controlled transfers help minimize egg impact throughout the process.

· Consistent drying: A dedicated drying section reduces surface moisture before inspection, grading and packing.

· Flexible weight grades: Programmable weight ranges support different market and packing requirements.

After weight grading, eggs are directed to the configured packing lanes. Multiple packing lanes can be assigned the same weight range or different ranges according to the required grading and packing plan. Tray format, packing-lane arrangement and downstream tray conveyors are configured according to project requirements. UV treatment, egg oiling and water-treatment modules can be added as options. WISEVISION crack detection and egg coding are available as separate optional equipment.
