The grader can receive eggs from a manual egg-loading station or a compatible central egg collection system. After grading, eggs are directed to configured packing lanes according to the assigned weight ranges. Multiple packing lanes can use the same weight range, or each lane can be assigned a different range. Filled trays can discharge to downstream collection conveyors. WISEVISION crack detection and egg coding are available as separate optional equipment.

For a project-specific proposal: Provide the egg size range, required weight grades, number of packing lanes, tray or carton format, available floor space and local power supply.
