About this product
Product information from the supplier.
Designed for large-scale layer farms and centralized egg collection systems, the HP720 provides stable, continuous operation during extended production shifts. Its twelve-row infeed section maintains an even egg flow, while automatic tray denesting, egg orientation and egg placement reduce manual handling. The machine packs eggs one configured tray format and discharges filled trays through a single outfeed conveyor.
· High-capacity egg flow: Twelve infeed rows support a rated throughput of 72,000 eggs per hour.
· Controlled egg orientation: Eggs are aligned before packing to support consistent placement within each tray.
· Automatic tray packing: Tray denesting, egg orientation, egg placement and filled-tray discharge operate as one integrated sequence.
· Expandable end-of-line: The system can be connected to optional tray stacking or palletizing equipment.
