1.Foam:Made of high-density cold-molded shaped PU foam, integrally cold-foamed in one piece. It is eco-friendly and durable, featuring high density and superior resilience, free of permanent deformation and aging after long-time use.

2.Outer Panels:Cold-pressed from premium high-density hardwood multi-layer boards. The back outer panels fit tightly against the back foam and are coated with eco-friendly polyurethane paint.

3.Leg Tubes & Armrest Assembly:Leg tubes are molded from premium hot-rolled steel plates and formed by CO₂ welding, finished with anti-rust matte black electrostatic powder coating. 

The brackets are mold-injected from high-quality aluminum alloy with anti-oxidation treatment. This design combines aluminum alloy and wood: aluminum parts are integrally die-cast, polished and electrostatic powder coated for strong adhesion and excellent corrosion resistance, presenting stylish appearance and long service life. The wood components are imported solid wood, cut, polished and painted with eco-friendly paint. Made of premium raw materials with exquisite workmanship, it carries a modern aesthetic.

4.Writing Tablet:The tablet is integrally molded of ABS composite material in one step. The rotating shaft is fitted with a unique positioning device, and the support connecting structure is die-cast aluminum alloy. The writing tablet can be folded and stored inside the support leg.
