1. Seat and back sponge: made of polyurethane raw materials and molded by one-time foaming through molds, with high density, high rebound, and no deformation

2. Fabric: High quality seat specific wear-resistant fabric is selected, with moderate softness and hardness, comfortable hand feel, and color options.

3. Seat and back outer panels: Made of high-quality veneer hot pressed into multi-layer panels with high-end wood veneer at the back, with a thickness of not less than 15mm. After multiple polishing and spraying with environmentally friendly paint, it is refined with bright color, clear wood grain, no odor, and the color of the wood panel is optional.

4. Return function: The seat bag should be able to automatically return to its original position when not in use. The seat adopts a damping and spring return structure, which is fault free and durable. The main body of the seat frame is a steel frame (welded with 1.5mm thick steel plate)+5 S-shaped snake springs (diameter 3.6mm), which is comfortable and durable (eliminating the wooden frame with plywood or iron frame cover structure still in use on the market)

5. Armrest surface: The armrest surface is made of high-quality oak that has been dehydrated, degreased, and precision processed. The surface is sprayed with environmentally friendly polyester paint, which is smooth and delicate.

6. Footstand: The armrest frame is made of high-quality 2.0mm steel plate, which is stamped and welded by a mold. After phosphating and acid washing treatment, the surface is sprayed with frosted ash, which is beautiful, generous, and modern.

7. Writing board: The substrate is made of medium density fiberboard, with melamine board pasted on the surface and PVC edge banding on all sides, which is durable and long-lasting. The bracket is made of solid round iron with a diameter of ≥ 14 and a load-bearing capacity of ≥ 40kg. The writing board can be folded and hidden inside the armrest frame when not in use, saving space.

8. Side panel: Made of medium density fiberboard sprayed with environmentally friendly adhesive and covered with flame-retardant hemp wool. The fabric material is consistent with the seat and back cotton materials, and adopts movable buckle nails for easy disassembly and assembly.
