Q: How do we get started if we only have a 3D model?

A: That’s perfectly fine! Send us your 3D file (STEP/IGES), and our team will perform an initial feasibility review to confirm if the geometry is ready for injection.

Q: Can you handle the mold maintenance if the mold is already in production?

A: Yes, we provide full technical support. If you ever have a problem on the shop floor, send us a photo of the defect, and we’ll guide you through the fix or help you order replacement parts.

We take logistics seriously. Your mold is treated with anti-rust spray, vacuum-sealed, and securely bolted into a custom-built, fumigation-free wooden crate. We handle all documentation and global shipping requirements so you can just focus on receiving your tool.
