TV Background Wall Panel

1. Material 

The wall panel substrate adopts high eco-friendly ENF-grade board, with multi-layer solid wood plywood and OSB as optional base materials. It features excellent moisture-proof and anti-deformation performance, suitable for indoor environments with different humidity levels.

Four surface finishing processes are available: natural wood veneer, melamine wood finish, mixed oil paint and soft-touch PET. Custom colors including walnut, cream gray, off-white, dark coffee and two-tone collocation are supported. The wall panel can be matched with sintered stone, vertical wood slats and luminous open storage niches. The panel surface is dense and scratch-resistant, easy to wipe dust for daily maintenance.

2. Panel Design 

Diversified TV wall styles are optional, including solid flat panels, wood slat splicing, concave-convex layered modeling and built-in luminous display niches. Floating TV cabinets, bottom ambient LED light strips and electric fireplace shapes can be selected as accessories.

All sizes support full non-standard customization. The slat density, panel split proportion and storage grid size can be adjusted freely to perfectly match all kinds of decoration styles.

3. Hardware Fittings 

Storage cabinets are equipped with silent soft-close hinges and heavy-duty 3-section damping slide rails to realize gentle and silent opening and closing. Hidden metal connectors make panel splicing tight and effectively prevent cracking.

Adjustable shelf brackets are provided for flexible storage layout. All rust-proof invisible hardware will not destroy the minimalist overall aesthetic of the wall surface.

4. Product Parameters 

• No fixed standard dimensions; the total length of the whole wall, wall height, width and depth of single panel can be customized on demand.

• Panel thickness: 18–22mm, two ENF eco-friendly substrates optional: multi-layer solid wood plywood or OSB.

• Four surface finishes available, compatible with collocation of sintered stone and wood slats.

• Comply with national top ENF environmental protection standard.

• Panel shape, color matching, light strips and storage structures are all customizable.

5. Application Scenarios 

It fits all interior decoration styles, such as modern minimalist, Italian minimalist, log mid-century, cream style and black-white light luxury. Widely applied to living room main TV background walls and bedroom media walls, and can be installed in small apartments, large flats and villas of all space specifications.
