The glass reactor features a double-walled, with a jacket that can be circulated with heating or cooling media to heat or cool the material in the inner vessel. Under precisely controlled temperature conditions, the process fluid undergoes chemical reactions under atmospheric or reduced pressure, depending on the specific process requirements, within the sealed glass inner cylinder. The system also supports operations such as dropwise addition, reflux, and distillation.
Equipped with a high-performance explosion-proof motor and an explosion-proof control box, this equipment is specifically designed for flammable and explosive operating environments, providing all-round operational safety.
The glass has a temperature resistance range of +300°C to -100°C and can maintain a stable negative pressure of -0.098 MPa.
