Mobile Interventional Radiation Shielding

Designed for interventional radiology and cath labs where scatter comes at you from more than one direction, this screen pairs a main leaded panel with a fold-out side curtain to wrap more protection around the operator. The main panel has a large lead-glass viewing window so you can keep eyes on the patient, while the hinged side extension adds a lead-glass upper section and four hanging lead-rubber flaps — adjustable to the angle you're actually working from.

A stainless steel frame and lead-core lower panel deliver a minimum of 2 mm Pb equivalence at up to 125 kV. Four locking casters let you roll it into place, lock it down, and reposition between cases without any fixed mounting.

Built for the Way You Actually Work

In interventional cases, the operator isn't standing flat behind a single panel — you're leaning, reaching, and working at angles. That's where the side curtain earns its keep. It extends the shielding zone laterally without blocking your view or restricting movement, and folds flat when you don't need the extra coverage.

The lead-glass window keeps visual contact with the patient and monitors while blocking scatter at eye and chest level. Below it, the solid lead-core panel handles the lower-body scatter that aprons alone can miss.

Roll it where you need it between procedures, lock the casters, and angle the side curtain to match your position. When the case changes, reposition in seconds.
