Breathable mesh PP plastic chair with electroplated steel legs, stackable office chair, minimalist dining/leisure chair.

1. The backrest is made of new PP reinforced fiber, integrally injection molded to meet GB 32487-2016 <General Technical Conditions for Plastic Furniture>, with a thickness of 7mm. The backrest has 6 rows of rectangular perforations, 12 per row, and an oval-shaped handle (10cm*4cm) at the top for easy one-handed movement. The overall design is stylish and simple. Dimensions: Seat depth 450mm, seat width 460mm, back height 390mm. The surface is waterproof, easy to clean, and durable. The structure is stable and meets office chair testing standards, capable of bearing 180KG and with the backrest subjected to 40KG and 120,000 cycles of push-back testing. (A soft seat cushion can be added).

2. The legs are made of 19mm diameter round tubing with a wall thickness of 1.5mm, a four-legged ground structure, and surface treated with acid pickling and electroplating or electrostatic spraying. Equipped with anti-slip pads, it offers high overall stability and can bear a weight of 200KG. Hardware materials must be inspected according to GB/T3325-2017, QB/T 3832-1999, and QB/T3827-1999, undergoing a 24-hour continuous acetic acid salt spray test.

3. The backrest and frame are connected with anti-slip screws to prevent detachment.

4. The chair is comfortable and ergonomically designed.
