1.The surface is dry-peached to a fine, even nap, then embossed with a random craquelure grain that mimics aged, distressed leather - web-like lines catch the light across a matte suede field. A light bronzing layer is worked into the grain, giving certain colourways a soft metallic glow without making the fabric look like plastic. Because the texture is pressed into the surface rather than printed on, it holds up under rubbing and keeps its depth over years of use.

2.A 510gsm woven construction makes this one of the firmer, more upholstery-friendly options in the suede range: the woven (rather than knitted) base barely stretches across the bias, so it stays square when pulled over seat frames and dies cleanly around corners.
