Chrysoeriol exerts its biological effects primarily by modulating key inflammatory and proliferative signaling pathways; it functions as a potent inhibitor of the JAK2/STAT3 cascade, blocking the phosphorylation and nuclear translocation of STAT3, while simultaneously suppressing the activation of the NF-κB pathway by preventing IκB degradation and p65 nuclear translocation, thereby interrupting the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines and mediators.

This product is indicated for research applications targeting inflammatory and metabolic disorders, including investigations into rheumatoid arthritis (RA) for its ability to suppress fibroblast-like synoviocyte proliferation, studies on pulmonary hypertension (PAH) for its anti-remodeling effects on vascular smooth muscle, and exploration of its neuroprotective potential in models of Parkinson's disease and its anti-osteoporotic activity by inhibiting RANKL-induced osteoclastogenesis.
