About this product
Product information from the supplier.
Product Description
· Made of highquality cast iron, this takoyaki pan has 12 hemispherical baking grooves. It is safe, sturdy, longwearing and built for a long service life. It fits multiple heat sources, including butane
portable stoves, electric cookers, ceramic glass stovetops, induction cooktops, ovens, barbecue grills and campfires.
· You can make takoyaki with various fillings such as shrimp, ham and cheese, and sausages. When cooking for the first time, cook on mediumlow heat (400 °F) and increase heat gradually. Improper
temperature may cause batter to stick.
· To stop the castiron pan from rusting, clean it with warm water and a soft sponge. Do not use abrasive scouring pads. Dry the pan thoroughly over low heat, apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the
interior, heat evenly for 23 minutes and let it cool, then wipe away leftover oil. Proper pan seasoning creates a protective oil film.
· The extendedlength handle enables easy operation. Wear heatresistant gloves during highheat cooking to avoid burns.
· Please read all usage instructions on the product page before ordering. This pan is made of nontoxic raw cast iron with no chemical nonstick coating. Follow all operating guidelines.
