Welding Electrodes E6011 is a rutile- cellulosic potassium type electrode. Can be weld for all-position (especially for vertical-down position) with AC and DC+. It have excellent welding performance as stable arc, little spatter, easy slag removal and reigniting-ability etc. Also it has advantages of better molten pool control, stronger arc force and deeper penetration at vertical-down position.

Welding rods E6011 cellulose type vertical downward special electrode welding electrode E6011 is a cellulose potassium type coating vertical down special acid electrode. Both AC and DC can be used and can be all-position welding including vertical down welding.

Excellent for galvanized steel and rusty/oily steel in maintenance or repair applications.

Dependable and ideal for AC operation, can be welded DC+ too.

When it is used for downward welding, the molten iron and slag do not drip and have a big arc blow force and penetration. When it is used for underlying welding, can reach one side welding double molding and have a high welding efficiency.

1. In generally, don’t need to re-dry the electrode before welding. When it be affected with damp, should be re-dry it at 70℃-90℃ for 1 hour.
2. The rust, oil, water and other impurities of the weld area must be removed before welding.
