The activated carbon filter cartridge should be composed of a single-stage or multi-stage cylindrical plastic filter, which is filled with filter materials that can absorb acidic gases and/or volatile organic compounds and/or alkaline compounds. 1. The material of the activated carbon filter cartridge requires ABS plastic to be molded in one piece. To prevent corrosion, it shall not contain any parts made of metal except for the mounting pins. 2. The air inlet of the activated carbon filter cartridge shall have a cross-section that promotes uniform airflow through the filter material. 3. The activated carbon filter cartridge shall include a mounting assembly with three integral stainless steel pin buckles for mounting to the matching carbon cartridge mounting base. The mounting assembly shall be able to match bases with thicknesses of 1.5mm and 2.0mm at the same time. 4. The size of the activated carbon filter cartridge is 145 +3 mm (diameter) x450 +3 mm (length) 5. The pressure drop under the rated airflow of 16 activated carbon filter cartridges shall not exceed 160Pa@2.5m/s; 6. There shall be an integral injection molded common mold gasket on the air inlet, which can completely eliminate the possibility of any leakage between the activated carbon filter cartridge and the base. 7. The air inlet of the activated carbon filter cartridge shall have an internal dust screen, and the external air outlet shall have a dust cover, which is corrosion-resistant and fire-resistant. 8. The activated carbon filter cartridge should be delivered to the site in a sealed PE bag to ensure that the filled filter material is in a "brand new" and unused state.
